Stop worrying!

It’s human nature to worry about what others think. But when it prevents us from being the person we dream of, it becomes a problem. 

I spent years worrying about if people liked me, if I was cool, if I making the right decisions or if I was a good Mum. This list was unless! 

Once I realised that no one was thinking about my life as much as I do, it set me free. I finally understood that my perceptions of others opinions of me was wrong and most importantly impacting my wellbeing. 

So I decided to make steps to live a life with purpose, hope and stop wasting much needed energy on worrying.
