When I first meet people they often assume that I have been balanced for my entire life. Perhaps into yoga or meditation since I was little. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact it’s only been the last few years that I have experienced what true balance feels like.
In this video I want to share my experience about going from burnout to balanced. From feeling so overwhelmed, stressed and like a shadow of myself to feeling really happy and healthy.
