Creating a fluid morning routine for more energy and positivity

How many times have you tried to ‘do it all’ to have the perfect morning routine, only to find that after a few days you can’t keep it up, and then you become annoyed with yourself and you feel like you have failed.

So many people have this experience and this is because you are simply trying to do too much too soon, or your expectation is unrealistic.

In today’s video I’m sharing with you my approach to a successful morning routine, how you can work out your own everlasting morning routine to set up your day and help you manage your life and cope with the everyday demands that you have.

There was a time years ago when I all the buzz was around the ‘5 am club’ how to be anybody to have any degree of success you needed to harness the day super early.

Well I can tell you that at this point in my life with young children getting up at 5am was never to do some yoga or take a morning walk, it was all about getting sleep when I could and tending to babies.

It’s so easy today to feel that one size fits all, that what seems to work for so many surely must be the only way. Well, I’m here to share with you that this is not the case.

There is a way to approach your morning routine that wont leave you feeling like a failure and will give you the empowerment, encouragement and fulfilment you desire from your morning for your day.
