I hear so many women berate themselves that their bodies have changed over the last year, that they’ve put on weight, don’t fit into their favourite jeans and don’t like what they see in the mirror.
This video explores why you should LOVE your lockdown body, helping you celebrate the amazing machine that your body is. I’m not saying that you can’t and shouldn’t aspire to get fitter and leaner, but let’s start from a place of love.
